About the role
Join a preclinical biotechnology company located in Cambridge, MA as a Senior Research Associate.
Responsibilities
- Perform human pluripotent stem cell culture and differentiation experiments.
- Conduct molecular biology assays including RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining.
- Support cell engineering and differentiation studies while analyzing experimental data and troubleshooting protocols.
- Maintain cell cultures, laboratory supplies, and support laboratory compliance and quality initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field such as regenerative medicine, molecular biology, genetic engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with human pluripotent stem cells (iPSC), stem cell differentiation, 3D cell culture, bioreactors, and sterile technique.
- Hands-on experience with RT-qPCR, ddPCR, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining.
Pay
Rate Range: $37–$50/hr, depending on experience.
