Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Senior Relocation Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will assist seniors with the moving process, including packing, unpacking, resettling and ensuring a smooth transition to their new home. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and demonstrating patience and understanding in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with packing and unpacking their belongings.
• Provide support and reassurance to seniors throughout the moving process.
• Organize and arrange items in the new residence according to the senior’s preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a seamless relocation experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in moving or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and sensitivity to the needs of seniors.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
