Senior Reliability Technician

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and maintain test fixtures based on requirements provided by Reliability Engineers to meet defined test objectives
• Troubleshoot test system issues and perform repairs or adjustments as needed
• Conduct regular inspections of parts under test and communicate results, concerns, or failures to the responsible engineer
• Support the development and improvement of test methods, lab standards, and documentation
• Support lab organization and safety standards

Qualifications

• Required Education: Associate’s degree or better in a mechanical, electrical, or engineering technician related field
• Required Experience: 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Comfortable using hand tools, gauges, and measurement equipment such as a DMM
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring & PLC I/O
• Able to read and follow technical documentation and test requirements
• Able to read and understand schematics
• Clear verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with engineers
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office required)
• Familiarity with tools such as SolidWorks Electrical, LabVIEW, or Python is a plus, but not required
