We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications?, Skills?, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use .
Requirements: the bullet list after "You will enjoy this role if you—". We'll put each as .
Benefits: paragraph about benefits package: "WECC offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health reimbursement and flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid personal time."
Pay: salary range: "The base salary range for this full-time position is $127,900 – $159,900 + discretionary pay + benefits." Also maybe mention discretionary pay. We'll include that.
Schedule: travel expectation: "Time spent traveling is expected to be a minimum of 15% for this role, though business needs may require additional travel on occasion."
We should also maybe include remote eligibility? Could be part of About role or maybe Schedule? It's about location. Could be part of About role. We'll keep in About role.
We must not include duplicated lines like salary description again.
We must not include EEO boilerplate.
We must not include "Our Culture and Values" paragraph? It's substantive? It describes culture values. Could be a section "Culture and Values". But we need to decide if we include it. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could include Culture and Values as a section. But we already have many sections. Might be okay to add as another section. However we need to avoid thin sections. The culture paragraph is a few sentences. Could be its own section. But we already have About role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Adding Culture would be seventh section. Might be okay but we could incorporate into About role? The culture paragraph is separate from role description. Might be better to include as its own section "Culture and Values". The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Having many sections may be thin but each is substantive. However we already have 6 sections; adding a 7th may be okay. But we need to see if we can combine culture into About role? The About role currently is about the role and WECC mission. Culture paragraph is about values. Could be separate.
Let's include Culture and Values as a section.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Culture and Values, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Check each for real content.
About the role: we have paragraphs: "Be a Part of Something that Matters At WECC, we enhance the lives of 90 million people by identifying and mitigating risks to the Bulk Power System (BPS) in the West. The grid is changing quickly as environmental regulations, economics, technology, and customer demands continue to push the power industry to new limits. The Senior Reliability Assessments Engineer promotes BPS reliability by providing technical expertise, leadership, and support to key programs at WECC. Working in the Reliability Assessments department, the Senior Reliability Assessments Engineer is proficient with various system analysis applications and can use them to analyze potential effects on the reliability of the grid. The Senior Reliability Assessments Engineer is fully aware of emerging issues and trends affecting the BPS in the Western Interconnection and works with industry groups to address power system reliability needs. The Senior Reliability Assessments Engineer works with industry groups to find and use state-of-the-art technology to help ensure reliability and proposes new methods for conducting reliability assessments. While WECC’s headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this position is remote-eligible for candidates residing in the lower 48 states."

We need to keep punctuation; there are no spaces after periods. We'll keep as is.
Benefits: "WECC offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health reimbursement and flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid personal time."
Pay: "The base salary range for this full-time position is $127,900 – $159,900 + discretionary pay + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and mid-point for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will share more details during the hiring process."
Schedule: "Time spent traveling is expected to be a minimum of 15% for this role, though business needs may require additional travel on occasion."
We should not include "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc.
Now output HTML fragment: use
for headings. Only include sections with real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Job Type Full-time Description: "Be a Part of Something that Matters At WECC, we enhance the lives of 90 million people by identifying and mitigating risks to the Bulk Power System (BPS) in the West. While WECC’s headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this position is remote-eligible for candidates residing in the lower 48 states. Time spent traveling is expected to be a minimum of 15% for this role, though business needs may require additional travel on occasion." Then bullet list starting with "You will—" then many items. Then Requirements: "You will enjoy this role if you—" then bullet list. Then "Our Culture and Values" paragraph. Then "Benefits And Compensation" paragraph with salary range and benefits description. Then "Equal Opportunity Employer" boilerplate (remove). Then "Be a part of something that matters!" (maybe tagline, but could be considered boilerplate? It's a repeat of earlier phrase; but it's not substantive? Might be considered fluff; but we can keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The phrase "Be a part of something that matters!" appears earlier as heading? It's duplicated. Probably remove as duplicated line. Then "Salary Description $127,900 – $159,900 Annual Base Salary" (duplicate of salary info). Might be considered duplicate; we can keep salary info only once. We need sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (the "You will—" list), Requirements (the "You will enjoy this role if you—" list), maybe Qualifications? The requirements already cover qualifications. Could also have Skills (maybe from requirements). But we should not create thin sections. We can combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section. Benefits And Compensation: we have salary range and benefits description. Pay section: we could put salary under Pay. Benefits section: benefits description. Schedule: travel expectation (15% travel). Could be Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if we have content for each. About the role: first paragraph(s) before "You will—". That includes description of WECC, role, remote eligibility, travel expectation? Travel expectation maybe belongs to Schedule. But we can keep travel in About? Better to put travel in Schedule. Thus About the role: description of WECC and role responsibilities overview (excluding the bullet list). We'll include the paragraphs up to "While WECC’s headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, Utah, this position is remote-eligible for candidates residing in the lower 48 states." That's about role. Responsibilities: the bullet list after "You will—". Each bullet starts with a verb. We'll put each as
for each heading, then content:
for prose,
- for lists.
We must not include or . Just the fragment.
Let's craft.
Be careful to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed.
We'll output:
