Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and delivery of Barclays' Digital Assets Platform
- Coordinate engineering, product, architecture, operations, risk, legal, controls, compliance, and business stakeholders
- Maintain delivery momentum, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure strategic initiatives such as institutional wallets, tokenized deposits, stablecoins, and digital asset infrastructure are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory expectations
- Align teams, manage dependencies, and drive execution across a complex digital asset platform while balancing engineering priorities, business objectives, and regulatory requirements
- Identify execution risks, remove blockers, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum across multiple workstreams
- Communicate effectively with executive teams, prepare updates, and manage stakeholder relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex technology delivery programs across multiple agile teams within regulated environments
- Expertise in Agile delivery, dependency management, release planning, execution tracking, and delivery governance
- Highly effective at driving alignment across engineering, product, architecture, risk, legal, controls, compliance, operations, and business teams
- Comfortable identifying execution risks, removing blockers, resolving dependencies, and maintaining delivery momentum across multiple workstreams
- Significant communication and stakeholder management skills, including preparing executive updates, governance materials, and leadership reporting
Qualifications
- Understanding of digital asset platforms, institutional wallets, tokenized deposits, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and digital asset settlement
- Experience managing vendor onboarding, third-party dependencies, procurement, and technology delivery partners
- Knowledge of technology risk, operational resilience, regulatory controls, and audit readiness within financial services
- Experience with workforce planning, budget tracking, delivery metrics, and program operating models
- Confidence using AI-enabled productivity and planning tools to improve reporting, coordination, decision-making, and delivery efficiency

Pay
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
