Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst

About the role

CGS is seeking a Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst to manage and archive Relativity workspaces and file share folders. The position involves vetting workspaces and folders, archiving or purging them, and documenting the process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs on data/file disposition
  • Archive older file shares
  • Archive full Relativity workspaces using ARM and flat format
  • Archive images, natives, and text
  • Document user interface and archiving process for approval
  • Evaluate and resolve archiving issues

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with backend Relativity 2022 and prior
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with archiving Relativity workspaces
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with restoring Relativity archives workspaces
  • Knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment
  • US Citizen with a Public Trust security clearance
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in storage technology planning, performance capacity planning, and modeling, applications
