First Tech Federal Credit Union is a supportive, dynamic, member-focused sales team. As a Senior Financial Solutions Representative (FSR), you are a subject-matter expert responsible for processing routine, complex, and escalated financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by email.
Responsibilities
- Quickly process routine and complex financial transactions for members—deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks—while ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procedures.
- Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts, including business, trust, fiduciary, and IRA accounts.
- Provide the highest quality of member service by promptly addressing member concerns and escalating to leadership when appropriate.
- Proactively identify and recommend the best products and services to meet members’ financial needs; partner with service teams including insurance, investments, Premier, and mortgage.
- Meet quarterly metrics and service objectives (campaigns, cross-selling, referrals) alongside sales targets and incentives to drive key business goals.
- Complete required compliance training within well-defined timelines and maintain in-depth, current knowledge of all credit-union products and services.
- Perform account-maintenance activities, including updating member contact and personal information.
- Lead business-development activities: SEG onsite events, member follow-up, and outbound calls.
- Mentor representatives on a day-to-day basis and partner with branch leadership in the onboarding of new FSRs.
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of leadership to support operations, escalations, and opening/closing of the store.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum three years in a fast-paced sales or customer-service role within the financial-services industry.
- Ability to listen to members’ needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Excellent listening skills; ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express ideas concisely and logically.
- Demonstrated effective time-management skills and ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment.
- Skilled at working in a fast-paced customer-service and sales environment without sacrificing accuracy or service.
- Aptitude for learning a variety of computer systems and using technology to solve member issues.
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Notary certification preferred.

Pay
$25.96 – $31.73 per hour plus monthly incentive.
