Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and retain existing client relationships
- Provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients
- Market Simmons solutions to our existing customer base and prospects
- Assist clients with account service and maintenance requests
- Engage in genuine conversations to help identify needs and recommend solutions
- Open and close accounts, including researching customers' accounts and complying with BSA and CIP requirements
- Solicit and handle consumer loan requests
- Uncover needs and refer customers to partner teams
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
- Process customer requests and transactions accurately and professionally
Requirements
- Two years of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
- Ability to motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Team-centric approach to helping customers in a fast-paced environment
- Coaching and leading the branch team
- Assume the role of SME in branch regarding all product and service offerings
- Work jointly with branch leadership in training junior associates
- Obtain NMLS license after employment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively motivate and present information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coach and lead a team
- Knowledge of relevant products and services
- Ability to comply with legal and regulatory requirements
