About the role
This position is primarily responsible for the execution of traditional consumer banking tasks for retail banking customers. The incumbent executes branch leads according to consumer bank standards, handles all customer transaction requests, and converts transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The role adheres to all FNB policies, strategies, programs, and Core Values and may require working at various locations within the market.
Responsibilities
- Promote the sales process by leveraging sales leads, outbound calling, greeting customers, and identifying customer service and product needs.
- Make appropriate recommendations for selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
- Identify and achieve individual weekly sales goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Use FNB-approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Manage the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Assist with daily sales activity, including pre-shift sales huddles, and monitor and measure sales results.
- Complete operational duties such as scheduling work, providing direction, monitoring workflow, maintaining supplies, opening and closing the office, ordering and managing vault cash, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other tasks according to established policies and procedures.
- Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily.
- Adhere to regulatory laws and company procedures to achieve compliance.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience.
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier (preferred but will be required).

Physical Requirements
May require overnight travel for training purposes, particularly during onboarding. Some duties may extend beyond traditional office work.
