Senior Relationship Advisor
About the role
As a Senior Relationship Advisor, you will work closely with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients on some of the most important financial and personal decisions. You will build long-term relationships, deliver personalized advice, and collaborate within a team-based model that brings together deep expertise across disciplines. Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of sophisticated wealth management clients, developing a deep understanding of each client’s goals, priorities, and family dynamics.
- Guide clients through complex decisions by leading conversations and translating complex wealth planning topics into clear, practical advice to help clients make informed decisions.
- Use fiduciary expertise to guide decisions, identify risk, and ensure clients are supported with care, integrity, and precision.
- Bring together the right expertise by partnering across trust, tax, estate, investment, and planning disciplines to deliver integrated solutions within a coordinated team.
- Contribute to the broader team by supporting colleagues and helping shape solutions in complex situations.
Requirements
- A College or University degree is required or preferred.
- 12–15 years of industry experience in trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or a related field, ideally with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Strong track record of managing complex client relationships and navigating sophisticated investment, tax, legal, and operational matters.
- Solid foundation in fiduciary and financial products and services, along with knowledge of the laws, regulations, and standards that support strong client outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, plus strengths in problem-solving, leadership, and business development.
