Senior Regulatory Compliance Leader

General Responsibilities

Terracon is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Leader to join our Team in Arizona!

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead regulatory compliance efforts in Arizona and assist staff and clients across the country.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in a full-time consulting role
• Proven ability to engage and lead a team of technical staff and mentor their growth
• Demonstrated high level of technical writing ability
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work and possess a positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
• 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-Hour refresher preferred

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with broad compliance experience that can mentor staff and build our regulatory compliance practice in Arizona and to join our nationwide compliance team.
