Senior Registered Client Associate
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Registered Client Associate to:
- Maintain accurate and current client records in management systems
- Educate clients on account services and capabilities
- Input client information into financial planning and firm platforms
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings
- Gather required documentation for new accounts and service requests
- Identify service opportunities for clients
- Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
- Leverage communication channels to enhance relationships with clients
- Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team
You’ll be working with a Private Wealth Management team in the New York City office. As a Senior Registered Client Associate, you will play an important role in working with a professional and highly respected team.
Requirements
- Series 7 and 66 licenses (required for role)
- Ideally 5+ years of experience in client service within the finance sector
- Bachelor's degree preferred, focusing on Finance
- Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The indicative gross base salary range for this full-time role in New York, New York is USD 55,000 – 85,000 per annum. The expected salary will be determined by relevant factors including role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
