Senior Registered Client Associate
About the role
Join a Forbes Best-in-State advisor team in Jericho, NY, as a Senior Registered Client Associate and become an integral part of a nationally recognized, high-performing group at RBC Wealth Management. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with 3+ years in a Registered Client Associate position and active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses. You’ll deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, acting as a trusted resource for clients, advisors, and the branch. Leverage your administrative and operational expertise to help advisors manage and grow their business while embracing a client-first approach.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
- Take initiative to handle account inquiries and customer needs, escalating to financial advisors when appropriate.
- Adhere to compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining appropriate account documentation and communicating with clients about required items.
- Facilitate the transfer of funds and securities, complete trades in client accounts, and process checks, wires, and ACHs in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with RBC’s Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or job-related experience.
- Strong soft skills, including verbal and written communication, organizational, and client service abilities.
- Attention to detail and a mindset focused on improving advisor efficiency and effectiveness.
- Active Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
Nice-to-have: Financial services experience.

Pay
The good-faith expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $90,000, depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. This range does not include discretionary bonuses or other elements of total compensation.
Schedule
Full-time position with 40 work hours per week.
