Senior Regional Engineering Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Regional Engineering Manager to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will provide regional engineering leadership across multiple manufacturing plants, with a strong focus on operational performance, capital planning, and production technology improvements. The position will partner closely with plant operations and other stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced food production environment. In addition, the leader will build and develop engineering teams while supporting a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $162,500 annually Responsibilities Lead engineering teams across multiple plants to enhance performance Manage capital project budgets and align them with strategic objectives Identify and implement improvement strategies to boost operational performance Oversee technical leadership and enhancement of production technologies Ensure compliance with engineering regulations and maintain high quality standards Inspire and develop high-performing engineering teams to drive innovative solutions Foster an inclusive workplace culture focused on safety and cooperation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, plus 8+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of team management, team development, or project leadership experience Strong application of engineering principles to address operational and design challenges Project management and contract administration skills Proficiency in engineering economics and AutoCAD Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for collaboration Benefits Relocation package available Comprehensive total rewards package including benefits and competitive compensation Opportunities for leadership development and employee recognition Support for career advancement and skill enhancement Collaborative work environment with emphasis on open communication Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
