Senior Red Cyber Cobalt Operator

About the role

The Senior Red Cyber Operator is responsible for conducting red team exercises to identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks. This individual must possess advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct red team exercises to assess system and network security
• Develop and execute penetration testing strategies
• Collaborate with blue team members to improve defensive strategies
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
• Proven track record of successful red team operations
• Experience with ethical hacking tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
