About the role

The Senior Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in the provider recruitment team, coordinating and managing logistical aspects of site visits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics with accuracy.
  • Proactively identify needs and take ownership of tasks.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and moving pieces.
  • Work independently and follow through on responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Partner well with recruiters, providers, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required).

  • Fluency in Microsoft applications (Required).
