Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to join our North America Talent Acquisition team. This role serves as the lead experienced-hire recruiter for our Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting practice—one of the firm's largest and most strategic growth areas. As the trusted recruiting partner to Practice Leadership, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for experienced consulting hires from Consultant through Senior Director, partnering directly with senior Partners to shape hiring strategy, build market intelligence, and attract exceptional talent. This is a highly visible role with significant influence on the growth of the practice and the opportunity to recruit some of the industry's top consulting talent.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for the Healthcare & Life Sciences Consulting practice, managing searches from Consultant through Senior Director level.
- Partner directly with Partners and Practice Leadership to develop hiring strategies aligned with business growth objectives, succession planning, and evolving client demand.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor by developing recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
- Own complex, high-profile searches requiring sophisticated sourcing and senior consulting candidate engagement.
- Develop long-term relationships with Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting professionals across firms including strategy consulting, boutique consulting, and industry, creating a sustainable pipeline of future talent.
- Represent Simon-Kucher within the Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting community through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, industry associations, referrals, professional networks, and Boolean search methodologies.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments evaluating consulting capabilities, leadership potential, client management skills, and cultural fit.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Influence hiring decisions using market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations.
- Partner with HR, Compensation, and Hiring Managers to develop competitive offers and successfully close top talent.
- Track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve recruiting processes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Act as an ambassador for the firm's employer brand within the Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting market.
- Serve as the market expert on Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting talent, advising leadership on competitive intelligence, talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting within Healthcare & Life Sciences consulting, management consulting, professional services, or executive search, with a strong understanding of the Healthcare & Life Sciences talent market.
- Prior recruiting experience supporting management consulting or professional services organizations is required.
- Proven experience hiring across multiple levels, including Senior Director and executive-level consulting talent.
- Experience managing multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and speed.
- Demonstrated success recruiting passive candidates in highly competitive talent markets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and advise senior executives and hiring leaders.
- Excellent interviewing and talent assessment capabilities, particularly for client-facing consulting roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Strong negotiation and offer management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Schedule
This role will be hybrid (2 days a week) based in our NYC, Boston, Atlanta, or Chicago offices.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is between $150,000-$160,000 per year. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Total compensation includes a base salary, performance bonus, and eligibility for annual merit-based increases.
