About the role

As a Senior Recruiter, Wealth Manager, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across a variety of wealth management functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record recruiting Wealth Advisors, Financial Advisors, Registered Representatives, Portfolio Managers, and other licensed financial professionals, along with a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, advisor talent landscape, and competitive dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with Wealth Management leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for advisor and wealth management talent.
  • Source passive candidates through networking, market mapping, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, compensation trends, and competitor intelligence.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize Workday and other recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with all recruitment and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting within the Wealth Management or broader Financial Services industry.
  • Experience hiring financial advisory and investment professionals.
  • Strong understanding of advisor recruiting, licensing requirements, and wealth management business models.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong sourcing and talent assessment capabilities.

Pay

The initial expected remuneration is $90,300–$134,000 for New York and $78,600–$117,000 for other states in the United States, plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
