About the Company

Pelico is transforming traditional industrial manufacturing systems, which were built for predictability, to address today's supply chain disruptions. Our manufacturing orchestration platform connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture, using AI to anticipate disruptions and align teams before small problems escalate. Trusted by global leaders like Airbus, Daikin, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier, Pelico has raised $72M, achieved 300% year-over-year revenue growth, and operates in 15+ countries. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we're headquartered in Paris with offices in Miami, London, and Amsterdam.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Recruiter to build Pelico's North American team during a period of rapid growth. This is not a high-volume sourcing or coordinator role—you'll own searches end-to-end, partner directly with hiring managers and executives, influence hiring strategy, and shape recruiting operations as we scale. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-moving environments, are deeply customer-oriented, and embrace AI as part of their daily workflow to enhance sourcing, automation, and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions from kickoff through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate profiles.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent across competitive markets.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while representing Pelico's culture and mission.
  • Manage interview coordination, feedback quality, and hiring decisions to maintain efficient and high-quality processes.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to improve funnel performance and influence hiring decisions.
  • Build strong talent pipelines before hiring needs become urgent.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, interview preparation, and recruiting operations.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview calibration, employer branding, and workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting for technical and/or go-to-market roles in high-growth startup or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of hiring high-caliber talent across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.
  • AI-native mindset with active use of modern AI tools to enhance sourcing, research, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions with data and sound judgment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms (Ashby preferred).

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Love building from zero rather than maintaining existing processes.
  • Think like an owner and naturally look for ways to improve how work gets done.
  • Balance speed with quality and sound judgment.
  • Are curious, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Enjoy partnering with leaders and becoming an extension of their teams.
  • Care deeply about candidate experience and hiring excellence.
  • Believe the best recruiters combine exceptional human judgment with AI-enabled execution.

Benefits

  • Meaningful equity—you'll own a piece of what you help build.
  • Competitive salary benchmarked to your market.
  • Flexible, hybrid work model—output matters more than face time.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Learning & development budget—we invest in people who invest in themselves.
  • Opportunity to work with some of the world's most complex and fascinating manufacturing operations.
  • A team that takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
