About the Opportunity

The Senior Recruiter Remote position is responsible for managing the full recruitment process to support the organization's growth. This position plays a critical role in sourcing, screening, and building talent pipelines across multiple departments, ensuring timely hiring to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8 to 12 positions annually in paid media, video editing, account management, sales, and operations
  • Sources candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound, Indeed, and specialized agency communities
  • Conducts first-round screening calls and candidate assessments
  • Covers interview schedules, performs reference checks, and manages offer processes
  • Builds and maintains a bench of pre-qualified candidates for proactive hiring
  • Tracks and reports metrics including time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer acceptance rate, and 90-day retention

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a marketing agency, SaaS company, or remote-first organization
  • Proven track record of filling roles within 30 days
  • Strong written communication skills suited to an asynchronous work culture
  • Ability to handle both high-volume sourcing and detailed candidate screening

Pay Range and Compensation Package

$65,000 to $85,000 base salary plus bonus per successful hire
