About the Opportunity:The SENIOR RECRUITER, GTM is responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy for Go-To-Market functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role plays a critical part in scaling the company by building recruiting foundations, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and partnering with business leaders to align hiring outcomes with growth objectives. The position requires a hands-on approach to both recruiting and process improvements to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition. Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruiting strategies for GTM and related teams aligned with growth targets.Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing to offer negotiation.Handle a significant requisition load focusing on key and challenging roles.Design and improve recruitment processes, tools, and hiring practices.Identify and resolve obstacles in hiring workflows.Advise leadership on talent strategy and market trends.Build and maintain talent pipelines with creative sourcing techniques.Utilize recruiting metrics to monitor and enhance hiring effectiveness.Ensure a positive candidate experience and communicate the employer value proposition.Collaborate with People Ops to optimize recruiting infrastructure. Requirements:Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on GTM roles.Proven experience building or scaling recruiting functions in fast-growth environments.Detail-oriented with ability to manage outreach through closing.Experience establishing recruiting systems and scalable practices.Skilled at influencing and advising hiring managers and leaders.Data-driven recruiting approach with proficiency in metrics and analytics.Strong communication skills and candidate experience focus.Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse.Demonstrated ownership and proactive work ethic. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base salary range: $135,000—$185,000 USDCompensation may include stock options, unlimited PTO, and up to 100% coverage of medical, vision, and dental insurance.
