Senior Recruiter, Financial Solutions
About the role
You will lead strategic hiring initiatives across Bloomberg’s Financial Solutions business in the AMER region, with a focus on complex and business-critical roles across the Enterprise Sales organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll shape and execute long-term talent strategies aligned with business priorities. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, while driving continuous improvement across talent acquisition practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for complex, and business-critical roles across Financial Solutions
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, influencing hiring decisions, workforce planning, and talent strategy discussions
- Build deep partnerships with hiring managers, understanding business goals and translating them into effective hiring plans
- Leverage market intelligence and data insights to advise the business on talent trends and hiring strategies
- Use data and analytics to assess hiring performance, identify trends, and drive continuous process improvement
- Promote an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience aligned with Bloomberg’s values
- Partner with HR Business Partners, global Centers of Excellence, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a cohesive hiring strategy
- Champion an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience aligned with Bloomberg’s values
- Drive employer branding initiatives through events, partnerships, and innovative outreach strategies
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in strategic hiring and stakeholder engagement, ideally in-house
- Proven experience managing senior-level and complex hiring mandates end-to-end
- Strong ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders across multiple business lines in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience designing and executing data-driven recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives
- Strong market mapping, sourcing, and pipeline-building capabilities
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Exceptional communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR systems, and recruiting tools
- A collaborative mindset, with high integrity and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Ability to operate with autonomy, navigate ambiguity, and make informed decisions with limited information
Qualifications
- Financial services recruiting experience and/or experience recruiting client facing talent
- Proven ability to act as a true talent advisor, influencing business strategy beyond hiring delivery
- Experience using market intelligence and talent insights to shape hiring approaches
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to present data and insights to senior audiences
- Track record of driving process improvements and elevating recruiting practices
- Experience across both agency and in-house environments
