Job Title: Senior Recruiter
About the role
Casa is a $20M Series A startup backed by Forerunner building a premium home management operating system and concierge service to simplify residential property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for the engineering team, from sourcing and interviewing to closing candidates in a highly competitive market.
- Build and implement foundational recruiting systems, processes, and tools to support rapid scaling and a premium candidate experience.
- Collaborate with founders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and initial people operations initiatives to define Casa's early-stage culture.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Senior Recruiter who has successfully scaled engineering teams at high-growth, early-stage startups.
- Experience operating as a "first recruiter" or sole IC, comfortable building processes where none exist and working in-office 5 days a week.
- Strong technical literacy and communication skills, with an interest in expanding into people operations, onboarding, and employee engagement.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
