About the Opportunity
The Senior Recruiter, Early Career & Emerging Talent manages full-cycle recruiting and program support for interns and apprentices across technical and non-technical functions. This role focuses on hiring undergraduate and graduate-level talent while building strong early-career pipelines through university partnerships, targeted sourcing, and engaging candidate experiences. The position combines recruiting responsibilities with internship and apprenticeship program coordination, helping strengthen relationships with candidates, universities, hiring managers, and program stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and apprentice roles across technical and non-technical functions
- Support international recruiting programs in partnership with regional recruiting teams
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific functions, talent pools, and regions
- Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and other talent sources
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from application through offer
- Manage requisitions, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offer processes
- Advise hiring managers on early-career recruiting strategies and best practices
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person recruiting events
- Facilitate pre-onboarding and orientation activities for U.S.-based intern and apprentice cohorts
- Conduct group check-ins and provide ongoing support throughout internship and apprenticeship programs
- Manage the conversion process for interns and apprentices transitioning to full-time employment
- Participate in additional early-career programming, events, and talent initiatives
Requirements
- At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on university or early-career talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical undergraduate and graduate candidates
- Experience supporting recruiting across multiple international regions in partnership with regional teams
- Previous experience coordinating internship or apprenticeship programs beyond recruiting activities
- Ability to balance recruiting responsibilities with program management and participant support
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel periodically for recruiting events and program activities
