About the role

We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, and other business-critical functions. You'll be the person hiring managers come to before a role is even fully defined — someone who can turn a vague headcount request into a sharp candidate profile, build a real pipeline against it, and close strong candidates without losing the plot on candidate experience along the way. This role is built for someone with 5–7 years of recruiting experience who wants breadth, not a single lane. You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiation — for roles spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Corporate Functions, and Technical positions.
  • Build talent maps and source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and outreach strategies tailored to each function.
  • Lead intake meetings that shape the search by defining the candidate profile and advising hiring managers on flexibility and alignment.
  • Keep pipelines warm ahead of need through ongoing outreach and relationship-building across functions.
  • Own the candidate journey from first outreach through onboarding, representing the company authentically at every touchpoint.
  • Track and act on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and source effectiveness to refine recruiting strategies.
  • Identify and address friction in interview processes and workflows to maintain speed without compromising quality.
  • Partner cross-functionally with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning.
  • Maintain and contribute to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally spanning multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Customer Support).
  • Experience recruiting technical roles (Engineering, Product, IT, Data) strongly preferred.
  • Track record in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple diverse requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality.

Skills

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or comparable systems, including structured interview processes and reporting.
    • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
    • Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring norms across functions.
    • Fluency with AI tools in recruiting workflows (e.g., sourcing, screening, outreach, data insights) while applying judgment over automation.
  • Soft Skills & Attributes:
    • Stakeholder management that influences hiring decisions beyond scheduling.
    • Candidate-first mindset with an inclusive process as the default.
    • Organizational ability to juggle competing searches without oversight.
    • Analytical approach to using data for decision-making, not just reporting.
    • Adaptability and enthusiasm for variety in roles and responsibilities.

Work Environment

Remote position; standard computer-based work with extended periods of sitting. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. Travel expectations for this role are 0–10%.

Pay

Salary Range: $95,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) plan.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Paid volunteer days.
  • Additional benefits available.

We’re actively seeking teammates who bring diverse perspectives and experience, excel in collaborative and empathetic team environments, thrive in respectful and growth-oriented cultures, and maintain an ‘always learning’ mindset. We encourage applications from members of underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, members of the LGBTQ community, people of color, people with disabilities, and veterans.
