Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for senior level and key roles across the organization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using multiple channels like online platforms, networking events, and professional connections as well as advanced search techniques to identify talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs to define ideal candidate profiles, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the hiring process.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates for qualifications, skills and fit with the organization’s culture.
- Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles before positions become available.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
- Address challenges and find solutions throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate competitive salary and benefits packages with successful candidates and ensure a transparent offer process.
- Understand labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring to ensure all hiring practices comply with company policy and legal regulations.
- Use strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics and data analysis to effectively provide driven insights needed to optimize the hiring process.
