About the role
We're an early-stage neo lab seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's early stages by recruiting top-tier talent across various functions including AI researchers, GTM specialists, and more. You'll be instrumental in building our recruitment brand, developing innovative attraction strategies, and collaborating closely with our founders Sara Hooker and Sudip Roy.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies and maintain smooth processes
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage
- Develop and refine Adaption's talent brand and overall attraction strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably at an early-stage tech startup
- Proven ability to recruit across technical and non-technical functions, particularly in AI-related roles such as model efficiency and distributed systems
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Ashby
- A creative and persistent approach to problem-solving, even when faced with challenging searches
- A genuine interest in the broader talent function, including employee experience, onboarding, coordination, and culture
