Position Overview
Are you passionate about building exceptional teams in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world? Our client is seeking a driven, full-cycle Senior Recruiter to help launch and scale a newly established business division during an exciting period of rapid expansion. In this highly visible role, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to attract top commercial and technical talent while helping build recruiting strategies, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial, operations, leadership, and technical positions from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, define talent profiles, and continuously improve recruiting processes as the organization scales
- Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative talent attraction strategies
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing, hiring best practices, and efficient decision-making while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics, optimize hiring funnels, and leverage recruiting technology to improve speed, quality, and operational effectiveness
- Serve as a brand ambassador by representing the organization with professionalism while engaging top talent in a highly competitive market
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting across individual contributor, leadership, and technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills with the confidence to proactively engage and build relationships with top talent
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to develop hiring strategies and improve recruiting processes using data and metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with ambitious hiring goals and evolving business needs
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies; familiarity with Ashby is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- $140,000 to $180,000 annual salary, depending on experience
