Senior Receiving Clerk - IP

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the receiving lead with day-to-day operations.
- Check, count, and verify all materials and supplies received against appropriate paperwork.
- Sort and check all material before issuing to a department or stock.
- Process backorder items and expedites material issuance to critical production requirements & shortages.
- Identify and report damaged items.
- Record receiving data into company database.
- Completes all paperwork and documents involving parts or materials received into and/or issued out of the area to ensure accountability.
- Conduct cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
- Maintain discrepancy report for Purchasing and QA.
- Keep work area organized.
- Follow safe work practices, participate in safety training as required, and report any unsafe condition or accident.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED is required.
- 3 to 5 years of previous material handling experience or applicable experience required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend and regular lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Due to the nature of IntelliPower's programs and products, applicants must have the legal right to work in the U.S. and additionally must be legally authorized to access export-controlled information and source code.
Desired Qualifications
- Material handling experience in electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skill in using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ERP system.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to operate a forklift and successfully recertify annually.
