Senior Real Estate Operations Analyst

About the Role

As a Senior Real Estate Trust Account Analyst at Frost, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Trust Real Estate department and representing the Real Estate Operations team. This position focuses on analyzing and maintaining accounts to ensure compliance, while embodying Frost’s core values of integrity, caring, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations involving real estate held in trust and wealth accounts to identify process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Oversee the annual review of all real estate operational processing in support of quarterly reporting for management.
• Represent the Real Estate Operations team in technology, process changes, and accounting projects.
• Manage operational processes related to real estate administration, including ownership documentation, property tax administration, revenue processing, invoice payments, and asset-related fees.
• Collaborate with advisory, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and vendor teams to maintain efficient systems and operational processes for specialty asset products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, real estate, or equivalent experience in trust operations, real estate operations, or administration.
• 2+ years of experience in trust operations, real estate operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with real estate assets.
• Experience working with trust and wealth accounting and operational asset processing.
