Senior Real Estate Investment Accountant
About the role
You would own a portfolio of assets end to end. That means overseeing financials coming in from third party property managers, reviewing JV partner reporting, working directly with asset management on performance, and producing consolidated GAAP reporting across a complex, multi-entity structure. Then layering in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analytics on top of that. If you have spent time in Big 4 real estate audit, FDD, TAS, or any deal advisory capacity touching real estate assets, this is the role where those skills stop being point in time and start being yours to own permanently.

They are in the middle of a serious national expansion, new markets, new asset classes, growing portfolio, and they need someone who can grow with them.
What you are walking into
- Portfolio of roughly 6 assets with full ownership of the financials
- JV accounting, investor reporting, lender compliance, and asset management collaboration
- Ground up development exposure across Sun Belt and Northeast markets

Pay
Base $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus 20% discretionary bonus.
Schedule
Monday through Thursday in Midtown, Friday from home.
