This position supports the Real Estate Manager and/or property team in all aspects of building management for one of our properties in Minneapolis CBD. The role performs various aspects of building management with minimal review and collaborates with property manager(s), director(s), building maintenance supervisors, property accountants, as well as internal and external customers such as building owners, tenants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line liaison with tenants and vendors
- Assist in the implementation of tenant relationship plans
- Conduct inspections with vendors
- Assist Property Manager in preparing budgets and monthly reporting packages
- Assist in administering accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare leases and other contract documents for manager review
- Prepare lease abstracts
- Collect tenant improvement documentation
- Participate in shared duty of answering Maintenance lines as needed
- Coordinate maintenance rotation
- Process tenant work orders
- Mentor/train Property Assistant I and II
- Willingly take on stretch assignments as determined by manager to ensure individual growth
Requirements
- High school diploma is required
- Post high school business training is preferred
- Minimum of two years’ property management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good mathematical and strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service
- High level of efficiency
- Demonstrates initiative and successfully increases responsibilities
- Ability to resolve basic project/property issues quickly
- Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.

Pay
The rate is $26.00 - 34.00 per hour. The annual base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
