Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily reactor operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Lead and direct operations during normal and emergency situations.
• Monitor reactor systems and perform adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to junior operators and facility staff.
• Participate in safety drills, inspections, and audits to ensure operational readiness.
