Senior ReactJS Developer with AI Experience

About the role

Design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS. Build intelligent, AI-enabled enterprise applications and user experiences. Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, AI/ML teams, cloud engineers, and architects. Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, usability, security, and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and scalable web applications using ReactJS.
  • Build reusable front-end components, libraries, and design systems.
  • Develop user interfaces using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+.
  • Integrate applications with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and backend services.
  • Implement AI-enabled features, including:
    • Chatbot interfaces
    • AI-powered search
    • Intelligent recommendations
    • Document summarization
    • Prompt-based user experiences
    • AI-assisted workflow automation
  • Integrate AI models and APIs into React applications in collaboration with AI/ML teams.
  • Work with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.
  • Optimize application performance, accessibility, usability, and responsiveness.
  • Implement state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or MobX.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, security, and role-based access control.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture planning.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues across browsers and devices.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote front-end development best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of front-end development experience preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern React patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • JavaScript

    • ES6+
  • Experience with React Hooks, functional components, custom hooks, and component-based architecture.
  • Strong experience with state management tools such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks/libraries:
    • Material UI
    • Ant Design
    • Tailwind CSS
    • Bootstrap
    • Chakra UI
  • Experience with front-end testing tools such as:
    • Jest
    • React Testing Library
    • Cypress
    • Playwright
  • Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
  • AI / Generative AI Experience:
    • Integrate AI APIs into ReactJS applications.
    • Build user interfaces for Generative AI applications.
    • Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
    • Develop chat-based interfaces and conversational AI experiences.
    • Implement prompt-driven workflows and AI-assisted user journeys.
    • Build UI solutions for document processing, summarization, content generation, and intelligent search.
    • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is preferred.
    • Understanding of prompt engineering and responsible AI principles.
    • Collaborate with backend and AI/ML teams for AI model integration.

    • Strong Next.js experience.
    • Enterprise search UI development experience.
    • Experience with WCAG accessibility standards.
