Senior - R&D Tax Credits
About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist FTS leaders with the delivery of research and development (R&D) tax credit studies for various industries.
- Develop a deep understanding of various industries including Manufacturing, Agriculture, Construction, Healthcare, and Technology.
- Aid managers, directors, and principals with client consultations, technical interviews, calculation reviews, site visits, and report development.
- Mentor associates and other team members on their inspired career.
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience required.
- Experience in business services or consulting preferred.
- Eligible to sit for the CPA preferred.

The compensation range for this position in California is: $87,000.00 – $146,000.00
The compensation range for this position in Illinois is: $74,000.00 – $131,000.00
The compensation range for this position in Massachusetts is: $87,000.00 – $141,000.00
The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $74,000.00 – $126,000.00
The compensation range for this position in New York is: $96,000.00 – $146,000.00
The compensation range for this position in Virginia is: $93,000.00 – $141,000.00
The compensation range for this position in Washington is: $80,000.00 – $136,000.00
