Senior R&D Engineer-Sustaining
or drop it. So we can include a short p for Additional Location(s) and maybe the diversity values? Those are likely boilerplate but could be considered metadata. We'll include a short p: "Additional Location(s): US-MA-Marlborough". Diversity - Innovation - Caring - Global Collaboration - Winning Spirit - High Performance maybe also metadata; we could include as a short p or drop. Probably drop as it's just values. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all responsibilities, qualifications, pay, schedule details. We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Senior R&D Engineer (P4). Not to be used as heading. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we need to strip the EEO paragraph, the equal opportunity, the COVID vaccination, prohibited substance test, etc. Those are boilerplate legal. Remove them. Also remove "Boston Scientific transforms lives..." paragraph (company description) as boilerplate? It's not EEO but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company description may be considered boilerplate but not explicitly listed. However it's likely not substantive to the role; but it's about the company. Might be considered filler. Safer to remove it as it's not specific to the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company description is not specific to the role; it's generic. Could be considered boilerplate. I'd remove it. Also remove "Learn more at www.bostonscientific.com and follow us on LinkedIn." etc. Also remove "Boston Scientific Corporation has been and will continue to be an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Please be advised that certain US based positions..." etc. Also remove "Among other requirements, Boston Scientific maintains specific prohibited substance test requirements..." etc. Thus we keep: - Additional Location(s) line (maybe as p) - Diversity - Innovation - Caring - Global Collaboration - Winning Spirit - High Performance (maybe as p? but it's just values; could drop) - About The Role paragraph(s) - Responsibilities list - Required Qualifications list - Preferred Qualifications list - Pay: Minimum Salary: $ 89200 Maximum Salary: $ 169500 plus note about compensation varying etc. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can include the note about compensation varying based on location etc. That's substantive. - Schedule: hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Also note relocation assistance not available, no sponsorship. Could include those as part of schedule p. We must not create Benefits section. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated; schedule is stated. Now format:
About the role
Join our Endoscopy Sustaining R&D team, where we protect product quality, compliance and business continuity across a portfolio of commercial medical devices. Our engineers improve and optimize released products, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure Endoscopy technologies continue to meet the needs of patients, physicians, and the business throughout their lifecycle. We are seeking a collaborative Senior R&D Engineer (P4) to drive sustaining R&D initiatives within Boston Scientific’s Endoscopy division. This role will independently, and as part of cross-functional teams, lead complex engineering activities, solve technical challenges, and drive product and process improvements. The role requires strong technical judgment, disciplined problem solving, and the ability to partner across functions to make high-quality data driven decisions to protect our Endoscopy portfolio. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time.
But note schedule mention is also in About the role; we might still have a separate Schedule section. However we should avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we mention schedule in About the role, we still need to include schedule section? Could duplicate but maybe better to keep schedule info only in Schedule section and not repeat in About the role. However the About the role paragraph originally includes that sentence; we could keep it there and also have schedule section? That would duplicate. Better to keep schedule info only in Schedule section and remove from About the role to avoid duplication. But we must preserve all substantive information; removing that sentence would lose info. However we can keep it in Schedule section and not repeat. So we should edit About the role paragraph to exclude the schedule sentence, relocation assistance, sponsorship. Then put those details in Schedule section. Thus: About the role paragraph: remove the sentence about hybrid work model, sponsorship, relocation. Let's craft About the role: "Join our Endoscopy Sustaining R&D team, where we protect product quality, compliance and business continuity across a portfolio of commercial medical devices. Our engineers improve and optimize released products, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure Endoscopy technologies continue to meet the needs of patients, physicians, and the business throughout their lifecycle. We need to capture all responsibilities from "Your Responsibilities Will Include" onward until before "Required Qualifications". Let's extract: Lead and support sustaining R&D activities for Endoscopy products, including product improvements, design changes, test method development, design verification, and lifecycle management initiatives. We need to preserve all that. So Pay section will include that paragraph(s). We'll keep as
. Schedule: hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Also note: Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. We'll put those in Schedule section as

Diversity values maybe drop. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. Now output HTML fragment only. Let's construct:Additional Location(s): US-MA-Marlborough
