Responsibilities
- Designs and develops new products for six sigma manufacturability and conducts tests to ensure efficacy of manufacturing processes, including simulating manufacturing processes to identify problems, predict, and mitigate failures.
- Troubleshoots various issues that arise pertaining to concept designs and production products through sing and computer-based statistical analysis (ANOVA, s comparisons, Monte Carlo simulations etc.).
- Maintains accurate and organized technical records to conform with applicable procedures and standards.
- Able to produce clear, structured documentation (e.g., design specs, s plans, reports) that enables efficient knowledge transfer across teams, finished good product quality, and supports continuity when personnel change.
- Able to balance multiple assignments, monitor milestones, and proactively communicate status, risks, or delays to ensure projects stay aligned with objectives.
- Interacts with external personnel and manufacturers on significant cross-functional programs. Oversees component manufacturing processes to ensure quality with respect to finished products.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Pay
Anticipated salary range: $80,500 - $103,410
