Senior Quantum Lab Project Manager (Life Sciences)
About the role
The Senior Quantum Lab Project Manager leads project teams for medium to large Bio-Pharma projects in Denver. Key responsibilities include overseeing project teams, managing scope, cost, and schedule, communicating with clients, and achieving client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams, either large projects or multiple projects/programs.
- Define technical scope of projects.
- Promote repeat business and create favorable references.
- Review cost estimates.
- Manage project-level conflict resolution.
- Maintain monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.
- Facilitate and maintain communications with the client.
- Provide monthly/weekly/daily reports.
- Achieve client objectives by managing project goals and objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Attendance during normal business hours is required. Essential knowledge and skills include:
- Experience managing and monitoring team members' activity.
- Ability to delegate tasks and provide clear instructions and feedback.
- Proficiency in distinguishing between cause and effect of problems.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.
- Preferred certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED Quantum Lab experience.
Qualifications
Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management. Preferred certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Pay
The salary range for this full-time role is $127,300.00 - $178,233.36 per year.
