About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of scalable analytic workflows using real-world healthcare data
  • Design and execute high-quality analyses for commercial life science projects
  • Establish best practices for code review and reproducibility
  • Act as a technical advisor on process and infrastructure investments
  • Drive commercial retrospective studies using EHR data and statistical analysis planning
  • Collaborate across teams to translate clinical questions into analytic approaches
  • Present findings to support decision-making and innovations

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 5+ years of direct experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, outcomes, messy/complex data)
  • Expertise in R, Python, PySpark, cloud environments (AWS), Databricks, and Git-based workflows
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical and analytic workflow optimization
  • Strong track record supporting life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech organizations
  • Proven expertise coding and analyzing observational datasets to generate real-world insights
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams

Pay

$141,441 – $176,801 annually
