Senior Quality Specialist - Cleaning Business Unit

About the role

The Sr Quality Specialist provides leadership and technical knowledge for troubleshooting and problem resolution at our plants, external manufacturers, and suppliers. They ensure the effective management and communication of improvement plans and draw on internal and external experts as appropriate to meet project objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the effective management and communication of improvement plans and draws on internal and external experts as appropriate to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Provides Quality oversight of Critical to Quality (CTQ) capability for existing as well as new materials and formulations within Clorox manufacturing sites, suppliers, and external manufacturers until start-up operations are transferred to normal operations.
• Identifies and develops solutions to mitigate potential future risks.
• Engage other QA resources such as Business Quality Managers as needed to address specific technical Quality issues.
• Participates on project teams as the Quality function subject matter resource during development, design, installation, and start-up of new products, product improvements, and technology upgrades to ensure our plants and external manufacturers consistently deliver quality.
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality function by identifying and resolving gaps in quality systems, tools, and processes.
• Support delivery of Technical Services annual expense budget and performance metrics.

• Ensure compliance with government regulatory & Clorox Quality processes and requirements.
• Supports the identification and implementation of new ways of working.
