Responsibilities
The Senior Quality Specialist will be the point of contact for 2nd shift teams to compare defects against standards and recommend disposition. You’ll review and disposition QA documentation, verify corrective action implementation and implementation of rework. You’ll participate in audits and team meetings. Your primary purpose is to assure performance to existing processes and policies, representing customer and monitoring project or program performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.
- J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883 certification may be required within 30 days of hire.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

Pay
Target salary range: USD $81,352.00/Yr. - USD $88,025.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
