This position involves owning and shaping the site-wide quality strategy at a leadership level, driving transformational quality improvements with real impact.

Job Description

  • Define and execute site quality strategy aligned with global standards and business objectives
  • Act as a key member of the leadership team, influencing quality-focused decision-making
  • Lead and develop QA, QC, and Supplier Quality teams, ensuring performance and growth
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce defects, and improve efficiency
  • Oversee compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
  • Manage supplier quality processes including qualification, auditing, and performance monitoring
  • Lead root cause investigations and ensure effective CAPA implementation
  • Ensure audit readiness and represent the business in customer and regulatory audits
  • Standardize and improve quality processes across the site and wider organization
  • Implement and track key quality KPIs to drive data-led decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of quality leadership experience within a regulated industry
  • Strong background in ISO standards (9001, 13485) and quality systems
  • Proven experience leading audits, supplier quality, and compliance initiatives
  • Demonstrated leadership ability managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capability

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

The schedule for this role is full-time.
