Senior Quality Implementation Specialist

About the role

CASES is seeking a Senior Quality Implementation Specialist to support a multi-year program implementation while leading continuous quality improvement efforts and performance evaluation for the Assertive Community Engagement & Success (ACES) program.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness in alignment with CASES values and mission.
  • Cook up and support the incident reporting practice across ACES and the CASES programs in accordance with regulatory policies and internal procedures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to distil complex and sensitive information reported during incident review committee meetings, providing:
  • Ensure incidents are thoroughly documented, investigated, and appropriately reviewed.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy along with attention to detail.
  • Prioritize assignments and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Exhibit a high proficiency of critical thinking skills to independently respond to incidents.
  • Provide strengths -based constructive feedback, deal with sensitive issues, and maintain confidentiality, all with a focus on improved quality.
  • Value diversity, equity, and belonging and contribute to an inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint).

Requirements

  • Licensed Master Social Worker/Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Graduate Level Degree with at least 3 years of quality improvement/assurance and compliance experience with New York City and/or New York State licensed treatment programs.
