Senior Quality Engineer (Remote - United States)

Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance for marketed medical devices, including handling customer complaints and performing risk management
• Lead investigations into nonconforming materials and supplier issues to ensure product integrity
• Evaluate and respond to customer complaints, leveraging trends and samples to formulate action plans
• Collaborate with other facilities and suppliers to maintain product quality and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field with 3+ years of product, quality, or engineering experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in FDA-regulated device, combination product, or pharmaceutical environment is preferred
• Skill in leading teams and driving initiatives for process improvement, involving cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in statistical and quality engineering tools such as FMEA, SPC, and DOE is beneficial
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to leadership and teams

Pay

$106,000 – $145,750 annually
