Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure quality patient care
- Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field (e.g., RN, LPN)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Qualifications
- Experience in managing healthcare facilities or departments
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
