Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Engineering function at the site, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards
• Oversee quality systems across QC, CSV, and CQV programs
• Provide strategic direction and cross-functional leadership to teams
• Mentor staff to support global regulatory inspections and product launches
• Maintain a focus on patient safety and supply continuity

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in quality engineering within a regulated environment
• Knowledge of cGMP, QC, CSV, and CQV processes
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
