Job Responsibilities
- Lead the team and develop test strategy, test plan, Test case design, and support software testing as assigned.
- Must have Strong Data base backend testing, hands on complex queries and testing SSIS package.
- Provide independent verification of software products that have been developed according to pre-approved software design requirements and specifications.
- Plans and implements the setup of test environments to perform functional testing of integrated software components.
- Contributes to project schedule generation including scope of work, duration of tasks, and order of execution.
- Ability to apply and use software quality tools for test case management, test automation, and defect tracking management.
- Develops quality assurance standards. Knowledge of software quality engineering and testing methods at all levels (unit, integration, system, V&V, acceptance) applied within the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Visual studio and Azure Devops Tool is required.
- Hands-on experience in UI, functional testing, Workflow, and use case testing.
- Hands on experience in functional automation using tools like Selenium, Coded UI etc is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software testing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Data base (SQL Server) knowledge.
- Experience programming in C++ preferred.
- Demonstrated positive work ethic with a strong commitment to achieving project goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience working in a regulated (FDA) environment with medical instrumentation is a plus.
- Experience with the Agile/Scrum process.
