Senior Quality Engineer

This position includes up to 50% travel, providing opportunities to engage with customers and suppliers on-site.
Key qualifications and responsibilities
- Customer Quality Engineering Expertise: Proven ability to collaborate closely with customers to ensure that all products meet and surpass their expectations for quality and reliability. This includes addressing customer concerns effectively and implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Supplier Quality Management: Significant experience in managing supplier quality processes, ensuring that all materials and components adhere to the company’s stringent quality standards. Your ability to foster strong partnerships with suppliers will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in leading NPI initiatives. You will play a critical role in facilitating the seamless transition of new products from design and development phases to full-scale production, ensuring quality is maintained throughout the process.
- SAP Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP systems is a major asset, as this expertise will enable you to streamline processes and contribute to operational excellence within the organization.
Required experience
- A Minimum of 7 Years of Professional Experience: Demonstrated success in quality engineering or closely related roles. Your extensive experience will enable you to provide valuable insights and drive improvements across all aspects of the organization’s quality management system.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field is required for this role.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification: A Lean Six Sigma certification is required, with a Green Belt or higher being highly desirable.
