Senior Quality Engineer
About the role
The Senior Quality Engineer role at Beehive Industries will monitor and improve the quality of operational processes and outputs. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class additive manufacturing (AM) team in a company that values stability and growth.
Responsibilities
Developing and implementing quality standards on engine propulsion systems
Developing and implementing quality control systems in an R&D/Production environment
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met using statistical analysis, process capability
Collaborating with technicians, operations managers, and engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements
Creating CoC’s, reviewing, and releasing products to defined requirements
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes
Requirements
A Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Mechanical, industrial or other relevant engineering degree or equivalent work experience
General GD&T knowledge and experience reading and working with drawings, or blueprints
5+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role
Experience creating Quality control plans, performing measurement system analysis and using data to drive process and continuous improvement
Experience with using QA software tools and processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills
Qualifications
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $136,000 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
Schedule
This role will be located at our Centennial, Colorado facility.
