About the Role

The Senior Quality Data Analyst role is designed to advance clinical priority goals by managing and analyzing healthcare data. Responsibilities

• Support clinical and nursing leadership with data related to system initiatives and process improvements
• Lead the development and implementation of data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Customize visual presentations for diverse audiences to clarify complex information
• Collaborate with data teams to define and develop process and outcome measures
• Compile analytical and statistical reports with recommended presentations
• Manage projects independently and coordinate the rollout of quality and safety data initiatives

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
• Preferred 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management or process improvement
• Clinical and leadership background or degree
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL preferred

Pay

Salary range: $87,463.20 to $121,918.37 per year
